APARTMENT 3

21 CHIC STREET

Because this is set in San Myshuno the City Living Expansion Pack for The Sims 4 is required.  However, other than the Base game that is the only pack necessary.

Setup

If the 21 Chic Street apartment (Penny Pizzazz originally) is occupied, evict all tenants.  All other apartments may remain as they are, or you may evict households and either leave them empty or replace them with households that you create or download from the Gallery.  It is suggested that you read the goals and requirements before making your decision.

Sim Creation

The heir from Apartment 2 is the Main Sim for Apartment 3, he or she can have any traits you desire.  This will be the only playable Sim in this Apartment.  Exceptions are: claiming beds, wives taking pregnancy tests and pregnant sims can be played to “Have Baby…”, “Check in at Front Desk” commands.

It is suggested that you make two save files at the beginning of the challenge, one to play and one to have as a “Base” game.  If you are unsatisfied with the results or if you lose the challenge, having a “Base” game saved will allow you to replay the Apartment.

Apartment Requirements

Rent 21 Chic Street apartment, unfurnished.  Reduce money to 200 simoleons (if extra goals reached in previous apartment add reward Simoleons to this amount), easiest way that I know of to do that is: Shift+Ctrl+C; testingcheats on; Money 200.  Changeable traits of apartment can be set to whatever you want.  However, keeping in mind your goals will help you.  Apartment must reach 45,000 simoleons in value.  This apartment’s layout is basically a studio, no separate bedroom & living spaces, but you must give this apartment 2 bedrooms with a separate living/dining/kitchen area (those 3 can be combined).

Main Goals for Apartment 3

Main Sim will have the Public Relations track of the Social Media career.

Max out Charisma or Comedy Skills (Max out both to earn heir an additional 350 simoleons).

Complete Party Animal Aspiration.

Main Sim can marry whomever they wish.  Spouse cannot bring any simoleons with him/her, however spouse can have a job if he/she is employed when he/she joins the household.  Have a naturally born heir born within the marriage (not adopted or alien abduction offspring, if your sim marries an alien an alien heir is allowed), this heir will continue the challenge in apartment 4.  

Cannot age up the heir until his/her birthday.

Once heir becomes a Young Adult the challenge ends and then continues in Apartment 4.  If any of the above goals have not been met, consider the challenge lost.

Travel

Can travel within Home District freely, must have 500 simoleons to travel to other districts within San Myshuno, must have 1,000 simoleons to travel outside of San Myshuno.  Cannot travel to Granite Falls or Selvadorada until heir is at least at toddler stage and must have 1,500 simoleons.  Work travel is an exception, but Aspiration travel must adhere to guidelines listed above.

Set Lifespan to Normal, Full Autonomy, Auto age non-played sims checked.
